Returns Policy

We accept returns for all new, unworn, unaltered, full-priced items, so long as it has the original tags and packaging.

We allow 14 days to to return your purchase. Please don’t wear the item or discard of packaging while you’re thinking about it.

Please e-mail us at hellokrrush@gmail.com to request a return authorization, along with your order number and details. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, sale items are final sale for which any returns or exchanges will not be accommodated. 

Tree Planting Policy

Each quarter we tally up all our full-filled orders  and donate those sales for a tree to be planted for each purchase made.

We process this payment via the internationally recognised organisation, One tree Planted. For more information, please visit their website here 

If you return your purchase within the 14 day period, the donation unfortunately will be forfeited.

Starting A Return

To request a return, email us at krrushstore@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you. 

Returns will be processd when we recieve the item. Once we’ve verified your return is in the right condition, we will initiate the refund. This process can take up to 21 days, but we aim to do this as quickly as possible for you.

International returns, outside the UK

To request a return, email us at hellokrrush@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you. 

Returns will be processed when we recieve the item. Once we’ve verified your return is in the right condition, we will initiate the refund. This process can take up to 30 days, but we aim to do this as quickly as possible for you.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please process your original purchase as a return (above). We will process the refund when your original purchase is received.

Then please place an order for the new size/style.

Customs and Duties for returns

We’re not responsible for any fees charged by customs or similar bodies. 

If you are returning your item, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and other customs charges on your package for both the original and return shipments. Unfortunately we can’t refund any shipping fees on your original purchase at this time.

Non-refundable Items 

  • Earrings: We don't accept returns of earrings for  hygiene reasons.  
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers
  • Purchases made in our shop: If you made your purchase at a retail store, the store will oversee any refund or returns depending on their policies.
  • Returning a Gift : If sadly you’d like to return a gift purchased by someone else, you will need the order number, phone number/postcode/email from the original order that was placed. You can get this information from the person who gave you the gift. For privacy reasons, we can’t provide customer information.
